Conditions of sale, cancellation or refund

These conditions regulate the purchase of tickets for the La Noche del Pescaíto event., organized by Ágape 360, through this website.

2. Price and taxes

The entrance price is 50 € VAT included per person. The purchase is made through a secure payment gateway. Once payment is completed, You will receive a confirmation email with your tickets in digital format.

3. Cancellation and refund policy

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

Cancellation of the event by the organization: In this case, A full refund of the amount paid for each ticket will be made., in the same payment method used for the purchase.

Substantial modification of the event (date, location or main content): The buyer will be offered the option of refund or attending on the new date or conditions.

Duly justified causes of force majeure (serious illness, accident, etc.): Reimbursement may be requested with the corresponding supporting documentation, and will be assessed by the organization individually for confirmation of the refund if applicable.

4. Transfer of tickets

Entries are nominative, but they can be transferred to another person by previously notifying the organization by email to [email protected] at least 24 business hours before the event.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article 103.l of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:

“The provision of services related to leisure activities, whether the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance”.
Therefore, The right of withdrawal will not apply once the purchase has been made..
